Okay I know what everyone must be thinking...is there a Logan? What is going on? Why hasn't she posted any pictures??? If anyone actally reads this anyway...but to answer my own question...yes Logan is finally here! He was born on Thanksgiving Day November 27th at 10:08PM weighing in at 7lbs 12oz 18.5 inches long. What an amazing and smooth delivery. It was so awesome to be able to share the experience with my husband (of course), my mother, my mother in-law, and my dearest friend Lindsay. Many people told me they would never have that many people in the room and that it is an experience that should be shared with your hubby...well I disagree! Although it was a little loud at times, the emotion that filled the room was unbelievable, and unforgettable. I could not have asked for a more perfect experience! It made it all that much more heart warming to share it with the people Brian and I care so much about! Motherhood has been awesome. I am lucky enough to have some time off to hang out with the little fella. He is already cooing and smiling and just growing up so fast! He has an awesome older brother and two great big sisters who have helped out a lot. It was a little hectic around the Elrod house at first and down right stressful at times with FOUR kids, but now that we have all adjusted everything is going great. When the kids are here I actually get more done because they are always wanting to hold Logan and be with him. Logan is lucky to have them in his life. So below are a few...okay a TON of pictures we have taken of him since he has blessed us with his presence!
They were going to send me home unless I progressed so I walked and lunged and did stairs! I was determined not to go home! Besides, I couldn't imagine handling three kids and the contractions I was feeling at home either!
